Recipe for 2 servings:

> 1x 100g packet of Açaí purée (my favourite is from Sambazon - half a sachet for 2 servings is also really tasty) 

> 1/4 cup of milk (can also use alternative milk such as almond or oat)

> 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries 

> 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries

> 1 1/2 frozen bananas

> 2 heap table spoons of peanut butter



How to:

Simply throw all the ingredients into a blender. If the Açaí purée is unsweetened you can also add a bit of honey. Once done, serve it in a bowl with chopped fruit (I recommend bananas, blueberries and strawberries / raspberries) and sprinkle some granola on top. It's delicious! 


This mixture will turn out harder than a smoothie so it's helpful to use a blender that has a tamper to help push the ingredients down to the blades and mix it effectively. My blender of choice is the Vitamix Explorian E10
